These terms apply to the Brawl Planet website at brawlplanet.com (the "site") and the Brawl Planet Discord bot (the "bot", together the "service"). By using the service you agree to these terms. The service is free, requires no account, and is offered as a fan project. How we handle data is described in the Privacy Policy. This page is provided in English only.
Brawl Planet is a fan-made Brawl Stars statistics project, operated from the Netherlands. Contact: contact [at] brawlplanet.com or the feedback form on the site.
Brawl Planet shows statistics about the game Brawl Stars: win rates, pick rates, tier lists, map and mode statistics computed from large numbers of matches, plus live player profiles and archived battle history retrieved from the official Brawl Stars API. The bot offers a subset of the same statistics as Discord slash commands.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. Statistics update on a schedule that may change, and the service depends on third-party APIs (Supercell's official API, Discord) that we do not control.
When using the service, you must not:
We may block, rate-limit, or otherwise restrict access (including removing the bot from a server) for violations of these terms, or where necessary to protect the service.
Player profiles and battle history shown on the service come from the official Brawl Stars API and reflect what that API returns; players can be looked up by anyone who knows their tag, on this service and elsewhere. If you are a player and do not want your profile tracked here, you can have it removed as described in the Privacy Policy.
The bot is used within Discord, so Discord's own Terms of Service and community guidelines also apply. Server administrators may add or remove the bot at any time. Commands are subject to per-user and per-server cooldowns. We may deregister commands, change functionality, or take the bot offline at any time.
Brawl Stars and all related game content, names, artwork, and assets (including brawler portraits, map images, and icons shown on this service) are the property of Supercell Oy. This material is used under Supercell's Fan Content Policy. Brawl Planet is not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored, or specifically approved by Supercell, and Supercell is not responsible for it. Some game imagery and metadata are sourced via the community projects Brawlify and BrawlAPI.
The statistics, tier lists, and analyses computed by Brawl Planet may be shared and quoted (for example in videos, guides, or social posts) with attribution to "Brawl Planet" or a link to brawlplanet.com. Wholesale republication of the service or its datasets as a competing product is not permitted.
The service is provided "as is" and free of charge. Statistics are estimates computed from a sample of matches: they can be incomplete, delayed, or wrong, and they are not game advice from Supercell. We make no warranty that the service will be available, accurate, or error-free, to the extent such a disclaimer is permitted by applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damage or damage resulting from use of, or inability to use, this free service. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for intent or gross negligence, or affects rights that consumers have under mandatory law in their country of residence.
We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top shows the latest revision. Continued use of the service after a change means the updated terms apply. If any provision of these terms turns out to be invalid, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. If you use the service as a consumer, this choice of law does not take away the protection of any mandatory consumer law of the country where you live, wherever that is.
